Unprofessional. They told me I had a job, I passed the drugtest and did all the paper work and they told me they'd call me with a start date. When they didn't call for a week I called them and they said they'd let me know by the end of the week and they didn't. I've called twice since then and they HUNG UP on me both times. The first time I thought it was an accident but then it happened again. Get your car somewhere else, Fords are trash anyways.
Poor organizational skills, low quantity used and don't order one from one of their affiliated dealerships, wasn't fit to be on the road
I bought my Ford Escape from Evansville Ford and have only been to service 2 times. Both times were very pleasant and I feel they do a good job communicating.
Buying a vehicle at Evansville Ford was a great experience! If you would have asked me about my experience 4 years ago, I would have said I would not buy from Evansville Ford again. But Bob the Sales Manager has put in place a great group of people over the past 4 years to make buying vehicles fun with no added pressure. Steve our "sales guy" was fun to work with, honest and knowledgeable. Tabitha in finance made the paperwork as painless as possible and explained things thoroughly with no pressure for add-ons. We've also been loyal to using Evansville Ford's service department and are always happy with their work. Thank you Evansville Ford! You've got a customer for life.
Steve was professional and worked to find us the best deal that fit our needs and budget. We ended up buying two vehicles instead of one because of his efforts. Steve went above and beyond, including going so far as to hang out with our 11 month old son so we could do paperwork.
