Phillips Contracting built my house and actually came in way under budget! Would recommend and use again.
We had Phillips Contracting remove and replace the flat roof over our garage. We also had them tear down and replace the drywall in the garage. The workers were efficient with their time and did a great job. I was easily able to get answers to my questions throughout the process and we are very happy we picked them for our project.
Phillips Contracting replaced siding on our house as well as doing some roof work, replacing soffit and fascia, and repairing a sagging porch. They did an outstanding job. The work was completed quickly and the quality was fantastic.
We would like to thank Andrew and the crew that shingled our roof. Everyone was so polite, the workers were very conscious of my family having to leave for school/ work . Despite the pending snow storm the crew had the roof complete before the sun went down. Andrew worked with us and helped us with the insurance adjuster and the claim, our process was complete in a matter of days not weeks. We already discussed future home improvement projects with Andrew.
Their price was reasonable, we chose them over two other quotes. Andy was very responsive, we exchanged probably close to 50 emails andi never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. The actual tearing down of the old and putting up of the new was done in a day. I was shocked at how quick the majority of the work was done. When our old shutters, which we were going to put back on with the new siding, was damaged in the tear down, they replaced them with better, new shutters at no cost to us. Andy went above and beyond, finding a new credit card processor that cut the service charge in half from the one he has been using.
I felt like my business was appreciated, I was always kept up to speed, I got a quality product at a reasonable price, and I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them for any work you are having done on your home.
